Establishing a business entity is an important first step which clients should not be put off to a later date "once the business gets bigger." The firm itself is a Professional Limited Liability Company and we fully understand and appreciate that small businesses are not only entitled to but should take advantage of laws which allow a small business to conduct their activities while enjoying a corporate shield so as to protect their personal assets and families.

Contracts are agreements which we enter into on a daily basis and our firm's review these contracts will serve to protect you in the long run. Not all contracts are the same and whether you are signing a lease for your residence or signing a service agreement to remodel your home, the law presumes that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of the document and that such terms shall be binding upon you. When making important decisions which deal with any significant amount of money or long term commitment, it is important that you utilize the services of an attorney to inform you as to your rights and obligations, not only under the terms of the contract itself, but how the law may otherwise impose additional terms and conditions upon you as a party to such an agreement, depending upon the nature of the product or service being affected by it.
